There was a God-fearing man who lost everything he had,
He lost his prosperity, and then his entire family,
And after he’d lost his love and wealth, Satan came along and took his health,
Yet he never lost belief, In spite of despair and grief,

There once was a harmless boy, who fell into treachery,
His own brothers hated him, and they sold him into slavery,
But God elevated him to save the world from starvation and the grave,
So, God took his loss and pain, and reshaped them into gain,

So God took his misery and changed it to ecstasy,
